Cogito’s Pop is about as simple a smartwatch as you can get: it’s a regular analog watch that blinks a light when you have a new message or email come in. Its battery lasts for a full year before needing replacement and it works with both Android and iOS. But its connectivity is unreliable and that functionality is just too simple — you end up looking at your phone just as much as without the Pop.
